Asahi’s water-washable plate has been on the market for 15 years. In 2022, AWP-DEW received its carbon neutral certification, highlighting the company direction to become carbon neutral by 2050. In accelerating its sustainable journey, Asahi recently introduced a new water recycling system which reduces wastewater by 75 percent. To contribute to a lower CO2 footprint, at INFOFLEX 2023, Asahi is introducing a new solvent plate which can be processed using less solvents at faster speeds, drastically saving drying time.
