Dates and times for exhibitors to move in, set up and move out of the Greater Columbus Convention Center.

Move-In

  • Sunday, April 16: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
  • Monday, April 17: 8:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
All exhibits must be set up by 11:30 a.m. on Monday

Exhibit Hours

  • Monday, April 17: 1:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday, April 18: 1:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Booth must be staffed during exhibit hours

Monday Evening Social

  • Monday, April 17: 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Included with exhibit space

Tuesday Lunch

  • Tuesday, April 18: 12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Tuesday lunch is complimentary and takes place at the Hilton Columbus Downtown

Move-Out
