GelflexEB CI Flexo EB-cured inks are now commercially available and permits wet trapping without interstation hot air drying. Learn about the principles of this new technology including print results, food law compliance, and sustainability benefits, including a 90 percent reduction in solvents and the ability to reverse print (or surface print) on multi-layer mono-material recyclable substrates.

Featured Product

GelflexEB CI flexographic EB-cured inks are ultra-high solids, gel-based inks that are fluid enough for CI (central impression) flexographic printing, but thicken rapidly, providing effective high-speed ink trapping in the wet state. These inks cost less than solvent inks per unit area and enable the shift to recyclable monomaterial substrates.
